Decietful; dishonest; female sales staff and her manager in Alloa are like a couple of underhand car sales women. Unprofessional; Alva will flood; high school already has water in foundations; conniving; stay clear, no one has a good word to say. Shall I go on.....
Terrible experience from day one purchasing from Allanwater homes, the sales team were dreadful to deal with, this should have raised alarm bells. Would avoid at all costs. Having been in the house for 5 months very little progress has been made, we expected snagging having only bought new builds in the past but not to the extent we have experienced with Allanwater Homes. Every week a new issue arises. There is very little quality control on site and no follow up to repairs. We have spent days waiting on contractors arriving and they dont. Our experience is not unique it is the same on all Allanwater sites.
Folks do not buy an Allan water home they are such a bunch of cowboys. Before you go to a show home just knock on anyones door in any estate and I guarantee any current home owner will tell you how awful it is to deal with them. They never fix any of your snagging issues, they dont care about the damage they cause to the surrounding areas. Once they have your money you mean nothing to them.
A terrible company to deal with, we got a house which had lots of damage from the building work and no quality control before us moving in.Since then we have had 7 months of trying to get the original problems and many more rectified and despite dealing with directors since October we are not close to having everything sorted and are continually told work will be done on certain days for it to be partly fixed or nothing at all without explanation. Our experience isn't unique so I wish I had spoke to other people who live in the area to find out how bad the houses were and trying to get snagging fixed and avoided buying a house from a company that only cares about getting houses sold.
