Great doctors
If I could give this practice and the vast majority of staff a zero star rating then this is what they would deserve. The rudeness from the front of the desk staff is on a par with the worst I've ever experienced. Extremely unhelpful and always patronizing and condescending. If this was a business like all others it would undoubtedly fail. I'll be looking to change but not sure it's so easy. Should have changed a long time ago. It's quite honestly a horrible experience every time I have to visit. Pathetic, really really pathetic.
